We’ve enjoyed connecting with old friends and meeting new ones, especially during our Saastr Annual 2024 Braindates.

During his Braindate, Fullcast CSO Ryan Bott discussed the future of sales development with the growing presence of AI tech and data-driven market awareness to deliver personalized customer outreach strategies.

Almost 70 percent of companies have automated daily managerial work with no signs of slowing down. But how can companies ensure they are getting the most value from their investment? 

Celena Ashcar, sales director at Fullcast, shared strategic ways companies can maximize automation to reduce operational costs, minimize human error, and bolster productivity for faster, more targeted go-to-market strategies. 

Speaking of value, Fullcast sales director Ryan Christensen filled his Braindate with five steps to master your tech stack and reduce technical debt. With 62 percent of developers naming technical debt as a major problem, this information is important for any business. 

Susan Macomber, go-to-market advisor at Fullcast, and Amy Cook, Fullcast’s CMO, hosted the Super Braindate, Aligning Sales and Marketing for Better GTM Strategies. Only 30% of sales reps say their sales and marketing teams are strongly aligned. Nevertheless, today’s go-to-market needs seamless RevOps among teams. 

Macomber and Cook emphasized that team alignment is essential to scale GTM efforts, improve lead conversion, and maximize revenue. “Automate as much as you can,” Macomber said. “AI is here to stay. Allow your team to work on strategy instead of tasks.” Leveraging shared goals, data, and tools also ensures seamless collaboration.
