It’s Day Two at Saastr Annual 2024. We’ve talked with many attendees about the impact of AI technology on the Go-to-Market model and ways these innovations change how leaders manage RevOps. 

Did you know 90% of leaders use AI to increase how quickly they sense and respond to the business environment? Ryan Bott addressed the dominant presence of AI in Go-to-Market models during his Braindate session. 

Meanwhile, the meteoric growth of AI has many companies wondering how its capabilities will impact the job market. Amy Cook, CMO, hosted a Braindate session to unravel AI myths most prevalent in the workplace. 

Does your sales team trust you? A Gallup poll estimates only 23% of employees trust their company leadership. But there is a catch: when leaders “communicate clearly, lead and support change, and inspire confidence in the future, 95% of employees say they fully trust their leaders.” 

In a competitive sales culture, how can leaders maintain a positive yet productive environment? Tyler Orr, GTM specialist at Fullcast, shared expert insight. 

Could there be more to an already successful and informative day? You bet! The Saastr Annual Poker Night, attended by Lance Evanson, Fullcast Chief Commercial Officer, Ryan Westwood, CEO, and Ryan Bott, CSO, turned the tables on CEOs and CROs looking to learn how to hold ‘em and fold ‘em.
