The 2025 RevOps Compensation and Impact Report shows that RevOps and other Ops professionals earn a median salary of $129,155, with those at the VP/SVP level or with 10+ years of experience making $216,571.
Experience and seniority play a big role in how much RevOps professionals take home. Salaries see a significant boost after 10 years in the field, and each step up the leadership ladder brings a noticeable pay increase. Individual contributors earn around $147,504, while managers and directors see higher salaries, eventually reaching over $216,000 at the VP/SVP level.
Interestingly, the data shows that managing a team doesn’t necessarily mean a higher salary—at least not when accounting for experience. This suggests that leadership title and tenure matter more than direct team management when it comes to pay.
For those in RevOps, the biggest takeaway is clear: career longevity and leadership progression are key drivers of higher earnings. Whether you’re focused on moving up the ranks or looking to maximize your earning potential, planning your career path strategically can make a big difference.
