“Homecoming to the Future” was a special event during the Salesforce Firsthand Alliance Summit 2024 that emphasized both reflection and anticipation. It blended Salesforce’s impactful history with visionary discussions on future technologies and advancements. 

To reinforce the Agentforce AI and Data Cloud enhancements unveiled at Dreamforce earlier this year, the discussion at the Firsthand Summit 2024 explored forward-thinking initiatives surrounding a new era of productivity that can handle changes in buying behaviors, a global economy, and the need for optimizing resources. 

As companies prepare for 2025, how can AI and machine learning help strengthen their revenue operations? How can organizations use this technology to improve data quality and scale Go-to-Market strategies? 

Amy Cook, CMO at Fullcast, joined Jeff Yoshimura, co-founder of AnyTeam, and Ben Kwon, LeadIQ’s COO, to explore these topics and learn more about what today’s leaders have experienced. In the spirit of celebrating “Homecoming to the future,” they presented three questions to help leaders identify where they are and where they need to be. 

  • When should founders start thinking about this? What impact does hiring salespeople have on scale strategies?
  • What is the partnership between marketing and sales? What is the role of operations and RevOps? Who owns what? Is one GTM possible?
